Hawaii-raised, McKinley High School Grad, Yuna Ito is set to release her 11th single “miss you” on September 3, 2008 under the Sony Music label. The title track is currently being used as the Ito En Vitamin Friut CM song.

Photo highlights from this year’s Pan-Pacific Matsuri Parade on Sunday, June 8, 2008. It was all part of the 29th Annual Pan-Pacific Festival - Matsuri in Hawaii. The parade took place in Waikiki along Kalakaua Avenue in the late afternoon.

Last weekend, I had breakfast with my sister at MAC 24-7 and we wanted to try their Sumo Saimin ($14) and MAC-daddy pancakes ($14) topped with pineapple, coconut and macadamia nut, and we were in for a BIG surprise.

Just got back from the Shinshu Kyokai Bon Dance or “Bon Odori” with my sister, who is here on vacation. I took a few photos tonight before leaving early because it started to rain. Even Honolulu’s mayor, Mufi Hannemann, was dancing in the festivities.

Ready to upgrade?
WordPress.org just released a new version of WordPress 2.6 and I’ve just upgraded to the new version. Everything went well via the Wordpress Automatic Upgrade plugin and so far, nothing is broken. I last upgraded to 2.51 just 16 days ago. Okay, I better go see what’s under the hood.
