POD: Super-sized Breakfast. Come Very, Very Hungry.
Move over iHop…
Last weekend, I had breakfast with my sister at MAC 24-7 and we wanted to try their Sumo Saimin ($14) and MAC-daddy pancakes ($14) topped with pineapple, coconut and macadamia nut, and we were in for a BIG surprise.
These ain’t your iHop-sized pancakes but three 14-inch stacks and they were huge. Look at that size, it could feed a family of four or more.
The Sumo Saimin was just as big with lots of garnishments and oodles of noodles. Instead of the usual saimin spoon, you get a soup laddle. Time to dig in.
I managed to finish my saimin. As for the pancakes, I barely made a dent.
When you’re feeling very hungry, this place fits the bill. MAC 24-7 is located in the Hilton Waikiki Prince Kuhio Hotel.

Wow! That’s a very huge breakfast.
I can’t believe you ate that for brreakfast. That’s just way too much food.
I know :( Too bad the pancakes went to waste.
