im in the movie i am the only child thats has a role and the movie is beautiful and lovely!
she doesn’t even look hawaiian. We need to have our own portraying our own. We have beautiful women, and i don’t believe this lady’s portrayal would do justice to our people.
mahalo
I am very pleased to see that someone has the fortitude to present one of Hawai’i’s most beloved people to the big screen! As a lover of Hawi’iana, I feel that the story of her Highness, Princess Kaiulani, should be told! I hope the motion picture does well, and will bring a message to the public that Hawai’i is more than beaches and hotels! It was a nation! Like most other people, I was saddened that she had such a short, tragic life! Mahalo to those that are bringing her story to the big screen! Whilst the storyline may not be totally accurate, the world will at least know who she was, and what she stood for!
