6th Annual Splendor of China This Weekend
A Chinese Experience For All
This weekend, the 6th Annual Splendor of China Cultural Festival & Tradeshow takes place at the Neal Blasidell Exhibition Hall on Oct. 4th (10 a.m. – 9 p.m.) and 5th (10 a.m. – 5 p.m.). General Admission is $6; Military w/I.D. $4; Children under 9 – FREE. $1 Off General Admission coupons are available at Panda Express and L & L Restaurants on Oahu. The festival is presented by the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii and Panda Express.
This year’s highlights feature world-famous Face-Changing Magicians by the China National Performing Arts Group, Acrobats, Comedians and Musicians from Beijing, Chinese Cooking demonstrations by Celebrity Master Chef Martin Yan (legendary host of “Yan Can Cook”) and more.
There will also be over 150 booths offering a variety product and services, exotic foods and cultural exhibits. Other entertainment include Cow Guts Stew Eating Contest, Fashion Shows, Pole Lion Dance and the debut of 2009 Narcissus Queen Contestants. It’s a cultural experience for the whole family.
