Hawaii’s 2008 Children & Youth Day Highlights At The State Capital

Fun Activites For Hawaii’s Keikis
Thousands of families brought their kids to the State Capital for the 15th Annual Children & Youth Day a couple of Sundays ago (October 5, 2008). The State Capital lawn and surrounding areas was transformed into a large playground with fun activities, games, inflatables and rides, interactive displays, educational booths, food booths and lots of live entertainment throughout the venue.

Super-sized Kid’s Playground
There were over 200 FREE interactive activities for children to enjoy all day including Aloha Slam-O-Rama Milkcap Tournament, Bungee Trampoline, Rock Wall Climbing, Giant Inflatable Slides, a Tennis Block Party, Mini Carnival Rides and more. Children’s day is celebrated every first Sunday in October.
