Good Deal. Good Cause. And Oh So Ono.
That’s right, you get a full plate lunch for only 76¢ at the L&L Hawaiian Barbeque location inside the Keeaumoku Walmart store. This is a great deal everyone can really afford, especially with our bad economy and high unemployment rate.
It’s for a limited time, June 9th from 11am to 1pm. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Goodwill Industries of Hawaii. Go early, a large crowd is expected.
And don’t forget to wash it down with a cool, refreshing Pepsi.

State Seal Grounded
Where’d did it go? Don’t worry, it wasn’t stolen. It was taken down by crews and erected by scaffoldings near the grounds of the State Capitol in preparation to be cleaned and restored by a mainland firm, according to one of the workers I talked to.
